Old Greenhouse Wedding | Adrianne + Avery

Some couples start as clients and become friends. But Adrianne and Avery? By the time their wedding day arrived, we were full-on besties.

They booked me two years before their wedding date, and in that time we created so many memories together—Christmas minis, two engagement sessions (the first was rained out!), a boudoir shoot for Adrianne, and so many sweet planning chats along the way. Getting to know them through it all made their wedding day feel like I was photographing the celebration of two very dear friends.

Getting Ready at City Harbor on Lake Guntersville

The day began at City Harbor at Lake Guntersville, where Adrianne and her girls got ready overlooking the water. It was calm, peaceful, and the perfect way to ease into such a meaningful day. Hair and makeup by @hmbycait brought Adrianne’s elegant vision to life with soft glam that held beautifully all day long.

The Old Greenhouse Wedding Day Magic

Their ceremony and reception took place at @oldgreenhouse.alabama, a venue that’s naturally beautiful, welcoming, and full of character. The space came to life with romantic florals by @southernbloomsandmore and expert coordination by @milliejamesweddings.

Adrianne wore a stunning gown from @birchonmain, and she absolutely glowed walking down the aisle. The entire day was filled with love, support, and joy—exactly what you’d hope for when celebrating a couple this sweet.

A Celebration to Remember

Their film team at @rm_capturez worked alongside me to capture every moment, and the reception came alive thanks to music from @rocket_entertainment. Guests danced the night away before closing out the evening with a delicious cake from @edgarsbakery.

Everything about this day felt intentional and joyful—from the planning process to the final dance. It was the kind of wedding you feel lucky to be part of.

Final Thoughts

Adrianne and Avery—thank you for trusting me for two whole years of your story. From rescheduled sessions to late-night planning chats and everything in between, I’ve loved every single step with you. Your day was full of beauty, joy, and genuine love, and I’m so lucky I got to be the one to capture it.

If you’re planning a wedding at The Old Greenhouse or dreaming of a celebration that feels joyful, personal, and full of heart—this day is a reminder that the journey is just as beautiful as the destination.
