Hannah’s Dreamy Bridals at Huntsville Botanical Garden

Hannah, y’all! Her bridal portraits at the Huntsville Botanical Garden were pure magic: hydrangeas in full bloom, a cathedral veil that would NOT quit, and a bride who was a natural at every single stop. We wandered just about every corner of the Garden together, from the hydrangeas to the willow to the water, and I loved every minute of it. Bridals are such a sweet chance to slow down, soak in the dress, and get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day, and Hannah absolutely soaked it in.

Among the Hydrangeas

We started under a rustic arbor tucked into a wall of hydrangeas. Hannah’s smile lit up the whole garden, and once that veil came out? WOW. Soft, romantic, and so her. Those blooms were the perfect match for her lace gown.

Veil Moments on the Lawn

Next we headed out to the open lawn, where the sun was filtering through the trees. That veil caught the breeze beautifully, and I could not get enough of the lace edging spilling across the grass. Then the shoes came off and Hannah went twirling barefoot across the lawn. Fear not, there was plenty of laughing.

Under the Weeping Willow

The weeping willow is one of my favorite spots in the whole Garden. Those draping green branches made the dreamiest backdrop, and Hannah played with her veil like she had been doing this her whole life.

The Damson Aquatic Garden

From there we made our way to the Damson Aquatic Garden. Brick pergolas, lush greenery, and still water for reflections. It is classic for a reason! Hannah’s veil trailing along those pergolas gave us some of my favorite frames of the whole session.

Finishing at the Guest Center

We wrapped up in front of the Propst Guest Center, with its white arched windows and bright flower beds. Timeless and elegant, just like Hannah. It was the perfect way to wrap up our session.

Hannah, thank you for trusting me with your bridal portraits. You were an absolute joy, and I hope you love these as much as I loved taking them!
