Exa and William, y’all! Their wedding day was a little bit timeless and a little bit Roll Tide: a ceremony beneath the stained glass at Christ Episcopal Church, portraits on the field at Bryant-Denny Stadium, and a reception packed with family, laughter, and dancing. As a University of Alabama alum myself, this one was a DREAM.
Getting Ready in Tuscaloosa
The details set the tone right away: blue and white invitations, the prettiest blue toile heels, and a bouquet bursting with color. Exa got laced into her gown surrounded by her people, while William got ready alongside the boys in their sharp blue suits.
A First Look at Christ Episcopal Church
Exa and William shared their first look right outside Christ Episcopal Church, and then we stepped inside that gorgeous sanctuary. Red carpet, stained glass, soaring wood beams. WOW.
The Ceremony
Surrounded by family and friends, Exa walked down that red aisle and William could not stop smiling. Heartfelt vows, a kiss at the altar, and a joyful walk back up the aisle as husband and wife.
Portraits on the Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium
Then we headed to Bryant-Denny Stadium for portraits on the field. Standing in the middle of all those crimson seats with these two was something I will never forget. Fear not, there was plenty of twirling.
A Reception at Bryant-Denny Stadium
The reception was all about family and fun. Guests grazed on a gorgeous spread from Sweet Olive, Exa switched into a sleek second look, and the dance floor stayed full until the bubble send-off. Huge thanks to Jessica Daring for keeping the whole day running so smoothly.
Exa and William, thank you for letting me be part of such a special day. I loved every second of celebrating you two!
