When I asked Rebecca what she was most excited about for her wedding day, her answer was simple: marrying my best friend. After photographing Rebecca and Misha’s Drish House wedding in Tuscaloosa, I can tell you that’s exactly what it looked like.
Meet Rebecca + Misha
These two are proof that opposites attract. She’s a Maleficent girl, and he’s all about Deadpool. She’s got Mount Joy on repeat, and he’s queuing up Three Days Grace. And come football season? Roll Tide on one side, Ohio State on the other. (Misha, you married into the SEC now. Fear not, we’ll get you there.)
They agree on the important things, though, like Reese’s being the best candy ever made. Rebecca said Misha’s best quality is how curious he is, and Misha said hers is how nurturing she is. You could see both all day long.
A Historic Tuscaloosa Wedding Venue
If you’re looking for a Tuscaloosa wedding venue with real character, the Drish House is it. Built in 1837, this Greek Revival and Italianate home sits just minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama. From the grand exterior to the twin staircases inside, every corner is made for photos.
Rebecca got ready upstairs with her two sisters by her side, wearing a STUNNING gown from The White Room Birmingham, with hair and makeup by Audrey Carmen and Glam by Em App. With 150 of their favorite people there to celebrate, the day was full of happy tears, big hugs, and a whole lot of dancing.
